Hattingdon’s original lampshade hat, Cara, was a big hit.

Next up we had the light bulb lampshade hat we called Electra. Later it was suggested that we call the hat Filamena, because of the “filament” in the design. We liked that a lot but didn’t want to take the time and trouble relabeling everything everywhere.

Then, we had a request by a horse rescue to create a new lampshade hat for their lampshade themed fundraising event. Mrs Farrell got straight to work.

The group loved the name Electra, so we switched the names out, which always going to be a good idea. Hooray. Let’s look at some hats.

The horse rescue chose the green colorway. They put this design on the invitations, mugs and all sorts. People went crazy over her. They made lots of money for horses in need. It doesn’t get much better than that.
